Shipping and Returns
We accept returns/exchanges on defective merchandise only. There are no refunds. Defective merchandise must be reported within 3 days of receipt of goods, and must be returned no later than 15 days of receipt of goods. Defective merchandise will be exchanged for the exact same item, if that item is out of stock, the appropriate dollar amount will be credited to your account. All merchandise returned, must be in it is original packaging, new, and unused. If return/exchange merchandise has been used the merchandise will be refused. through email or telephone. No returns/excshipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and all returns sent COD will be refused. The defective merchandise will then be replaced or repaired at our discretion. hanges will be aceepted without a return authorization number. Return/exchange items must be returned through a delivery carrier that can trace the shipment.
